Camping in Jersey

It took about 5-10 minutes (and about 10 times of asking) to get these boys to hold still and sit by each other to get this picture. We had a great time apart from being dirty and watching out for ticks, beetles, and mosquitos. The boys also took care of pretty much everything. They cut fire, made the fire, cooked and cleaned up after (thank you Max, he did the bulk of it), and much more.
The manly boys, I mean men cutting up firewood. Up to this point, believe it or not, Jer was the one cutting up the wood.

Our tent is the one to the right of the boat.

Our crazy fire.

Okay, now this part is crazy. It's amazing what a small world we live in. The girl to right of me (for those who don't know) is dating Jer's friend Ted (the one in the red shirt). They have been dating for about a year now. They were also suppose to come down months ago to our house but couldn't because Ted had the flu and was in the hospital. The funny part about it is that her and I went to school together. I have known her since fourth grade. I didn't keep contact with anyone from high school, but by some crazy turn of events she is dating Ted and Jer and he are friends. We found all of this out when Ted was looking through some old photo's that Becky (sorry, I didn't tell you her name till now) had and found my picture amongst them! Crazy huh! It was definately nice to catch up with her and to have a person I already know to hang out with since I am usually the only girl hanging out with these boys!

What a small world, huh?! And you both are even wearing similar tanks in that pic!
