So of course we had to stop at UNC (University of North Carolina, Tar Heels) on our way down to Amber's. For you who do not know, Jeremy is a huge Tar Heel fan and was extremely jealous that we were there and he wasn't. So we went to the bookstore and bought Jer a new jersey (they are retiring Hansborough's #50) as well as a bunch of other things too. Although it was raining my mom and I (along with Andrew) ran down to the corner, crossed the street from where we were parked and took a picture in front of the wall for Jeremy. The funniest part is that for the next few days everytime I talked to Jer I had to keep explaining that we really did go to UNC and did everything we said we had done. Go Tar Heels!
We also stopped in and saw my dad down in Virginia. He seems to be doing well. He has been doing his best to follow all the directions, not just go through the motions, but really work on himself. He was so excited that we stopped in to see him (we were a surprise). It was pretty funny because he was crossing the parking lot and I was sitting in the front with me mom. I think between the shock of seeing her car so early and his poor sight he didn't realize that I was in the front. He was so silly and giddy while we were there. He still has a couple more weeks before he is done, so please keep him in your prayers, not just for getting through the end of his program but for his trip home and the future. It sounds like there is a program that will be starting about the same time he comes home that is through their church. We will just have to keep praying that Christ brings him and us all through this on top; and if not, that we will handle the future in a manner that is pleasing to Him.

That first pic of you holding Andrew, he is hugmongus! When did he go and grow up?! He looks to be half your size, and he isn't even a year yet!
So glad you were able to visit Dad. I am sure he was in heaven being able to see one of his grandbabies.
