We finally made it to the beach! It took us till the end of summer (for some reason) but we made it! My mother and father-in-law came down (very last minute- Jer called on Saturday and they came down that night) to spend the holiday weekend with us. Jeremy wanted to make it to the beach at least once this year. It turned out to be the perfect day for it. It was overcast in the morning, but the sun came out around lunch time. Andrew got to play in the water (my fish) and the sand. Everyone had a fun time hanging out (why didn't we do this sooner, especially since Drew had the most fun). Of course we all managed to get a little sun-burnt! (I worked on a sandcastle, of course none of the picture came out from that,...oh, well!)

what a fun trip! Andrew is getting too big, make him stop! My kiddo's love the beach, and so do I. I love how they can be entertained for hours with just sand, water, shovel and pail.
