I had the opportunity to go to a Phillies game with a friend of mine. Jer was suppose to go in April but the game got rescheduled because of a rain out and could not go this time. The game was at 1:05 on a Wednesday; needless to say, he had to work. We didn't want the tickets to go to waste, so I went in his place and used the other ticket for one of my friends. Her daughter was gracious enough to watch Andrew for me so that we could go! We got down there and into the park in great time (as well as back home, too). The Phillies played the Florida Marlins (scheduled to play a double hitter) that day. They played a very good game. It was fun to get out and enjoy myself a little, too. Thanks Jer for hanging on to the tickets, thanks Kaitlyn for watching Andrew, and thanks Billie for driving and going to the game with me!
