So, believe it or not, Jer and Elmo share the exact same birthday, year and all! Since one of the things Andrew is into right now is Elmo, Jer had it on his mind that he wanted an Elmo cake. Here are a couple of pictures of it while I made it. We had it on Superbowl Sunday!
His absolute favorite dessert is Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake. Not just anybody's recipe, but his mom's. She was kind enough to give me the recipe! Thanks again Mom! It made Jer's birthday. We ate this on his actual birthday and it turned out great!
